  • Complete Any/All Due Diligence Items Required
  • We and/or Builder schedule Walk-Through after Final Loan Approval
  • We complete Final Walk Through
  • You and Builder finalize paperwork at Title Company
  • Your Property Deal Funds and Records (county recording)
  • Builder delivers keys and Warranty Information
