- Property Specialist to contact you after Loan Approval
- View Property and have Builder complete Contract
- Complete and Sign Contract and Return to Encore (or Builder) with Earnest Money Deposit.
- We deliver Property Maintenance Reserve Fund Contract and Return to you.
- Complete Any/All Due Diligence Items Required
- We and/or Builder schedule Walk-Through after Final Loan Approval
- We complete Final Walk Through
- You and Builder finalize paperwork at Title Company
- Your Property Deal Funds and Records (county recording)
- Builder delivers keys and Warranty Information
- Encore delivers your “Property Maintenance Reserves Fund check to you within 48 hours of the closing (Recording)- After receiving our Marketing Contract Check
